Dr. Mary Yoke contributed to this month’s American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health & Fitness Journal – an internationally distributed professional journal. In this addition of Research Bites, she wrote about scientific research on juggling.
After telling her about my “Juggling for Mind/Body Connection” project, she invited me to demonstrate juggling at the ACSM Summit conference in Denver for her Neuromotor Fitness presentation (which juggling is an example of).
