Dr. Mary Yoke contributed to this month’s American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health & Fitness Journal – an internationally distributed professional journal.  In this addition of Research Bites, she wrote about scientific research on juggling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After telling her about my “Juggling for Mind\/Body Connection” project, she invited me to demonstrate juggling at the ACSM  Summit conference in Denver for her Neuromotor Fitness presentation (which juggling is an example of). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
